We begin with a conversation about what you enjoy and where you need support. Before we make any arrangements, you’ll receive a proposal confirming what I’ll organise, the fee, and the period of assistance.

Focused planning from €150
For one day or occasion, this includes:
• A planning conversation about your preferences
• Tailored recommendations and a concise written plan
• Assistance with up to two agreed reservations
• One round of adjustments
For a longer stay or more involved arrangements, I prepare a tailored quote based on the required planning and coordination.
The fee covers my planning and coordination time. Meals, transport, tickets and other supplier costs are separate. Reservations depend on availability; we confirm the support period and communication arrangements before booking.
Make the photoshoot part of a day worth remembering.
For photoshoots of two hours or longer, support for the arrangements connected to your session is included.
Alongside choosing the setting and timing, I coordinate the agreed shoot details, recommend a place for aperitivo, lunch, or dinner on the same day, and help book the dining reservations we agree on in advance.
